Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your merchandise item(s) before wearing. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on decorated or washed garments under any circumstances. All original labels, tags (paper, cloth, etc.) must be on the garment for size exchange issues or returns due to defective materials.
We accept Exchange Orders only on issues of size. We strongly advise that you take a look at the Size & Measurements page for more details/guidance of your apparel size need(s).
We cannot accept Returns because these items are being made to order and customized for the AWS Members and Friends.
All claims for shortages and damages must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Please notify us via email (porcupine email@example.com) or Contact Page on this site before your Return/Exchange merchandise is shipped off, this way, we will know to keep an eye out for the package.
The Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller's error.
Custom and Special Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.
